Lesley is a global expansion expert focused on helping companies navigate the complexity of hiring domestically and globally. She understands American and international business compliance issues as well as customary practices. She has advised the “C” suite on growth plans for more than 20 years and has helped companies expand in more than 80 countries. Her experience covers North America, South America, EMEA, and APAC. Lesley has extensive experience with start-ups, spin-offs, and M&A, and the challenges associated with these business transitions. She has worked with both publicly traded and privately held companies in the biotech, high tech, and financial service industries. 

Lesley has been certified in UK payroll for over a decade.  She is an active member of SHRM and has held her GPHR (Global Professional in Human Resources) for 15 years.  She also holds a SHRM-SCP certification and is a member of the Palm Beach County SHRM, Broward County SHRM, and Miami SHRM. As a world traveler she enjoys sailing and trekking.

Marianela has over 20 years of experience in the Sales Administration and Customer Service industry. Her experience in the satellite communication field fueled her development of specialized selling strategies. Marianela’s customer-focused nature and drive to solve clients’ issues and concerns has solidified relationships with many key customers, even in times of economic uncertainty and market instability.
Marianela holds a graduate degree (Bachelor of Science and Business Administration) from Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico and received an associate degree in Business English from Florida Atlantic University (FAU).
Marianela enjoys spending time with her family and getting outside for recreation. In her free time, she volunteers with the autistic community and attends Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) classes to further her knowledge of autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

Shawn Stutz

Division President

Shawn is a business administrative processes and employee benefit expert who has helped companies navigate the complexity of their hiring initiatives domestically and globally. As an expert in the HR and payroll field for almost a decade, Shawn has advised companies in many industries on their expansion plans.

Shawn started his career in sales and business development and spent several years with notable PEOs. He was a frequent Presidents Club winner and moved into sales leadership roles over six years ago before joining LightSource as the Division President.

As a PEO veteran Shawn recognized the need for an additional level of service and in 2019 single handedly built the current LightSource EOR offering.

Shawn’s first career after college was playing professional baseball for the Tampa Bay Rays where he learned teamwork skills that assisted him in building the world class team and service that’s LightSource Global today.

When Shawn is not building his EOR empire, he loves spending time with his wife and four children, traveling, playing sports, enjoying fine dining, and collecting red wines from all over the world.
